HEDU was founded by Director, Jeremy Histon in August 2019 with the vision to provide consultancy services to education institutions globally. Focusing on helping partner institutions to achieve their goals by supporting clients with international student recruitment strategy, business development, and process improvements.  

A keen environmentalist, Jeremy has further developed this focus to help universities and other institutions address campus energy improvements and sustainability through a close partnership with GreenPlace Assets.  Enabling institutions to find energy saving solutions on their campuses that can demonstrably reduce environmental impact, help the financial bottom line and improve their Impact Ranking by linking solutions to UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Jeremy has 20 years experience within the international education industry in senior management positions in the UK and in Asia, in which he has been responsible for marketing, sales, admissions, business development as well as university partner management for a number of global education organisations.

His international experience in the higher education and international schools sectors has given Jeremy a deep and broad understanding of the dynamic and evolving trends impacting institutions and their students which he is able to adapt and share with clients looking to improve their global marketing and international student recruitment strategies, partner development, Transnational Education projects and business process improvement.
