University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia is one of Australia’s top universities – HEDU has worked closely with the UNSW Global team since December 2020 to develop a network of UK University partnerships in order to provide students with more top quality university progression options around the world when joining, and successfully completing, their newly developed Transition Programme Online.

ISP is a fast-growing schools group owning over 55 international schools across 14 different countries. HEDU was been contracted by ISP since September 2019 and June 2022 on a range of projects within the group marketing and admissions function and the group teacher and professional development function.  This work has included developing and implementing a new group admissions process across the 6 regions and all schools, developing and rolling out CRM and I.T. systems to support that process. Building University partnerships with top UK and Australian Universities for the group to enable ISP students to access to and engagement with these institutions. Assisting the development of a new Future Pathways strategy and programme that gives school students a range of experiences focussed on their range of opportunities when they leave school. This included; Running taster lectures with universities and employers and establishing a parent programme to give parents access to information that helped them to help their child with future choices.

Following our initial business development, ISP have also engaged our partners Green Place to develop and roll out the company's Net Zero Carbon plan across all their global school campuses in the next 3 years. A major investment and undertaking reflecting a bold and vital strategy to reduce the company's impact on the planet.
